There is one plan.
You're on it.
No tiers to compare, nothing held back for a bigger plan, and no cut of your takings. You get all of Rivo - you just pay for the stylists who take bookings.
From £15 a month
Reception, managers and anyone who doesn't take bookings are free. Add or lose a stylist and we adjust the next bill pro-rata - nothing to cancel or upgrade.
How it adds up
Each stylist is charged at their own rate - the more you have, the less each one costs.
The only extras
Usage, not features - and nothing hidden.
The line that isn't on their pricing page
Most booking apps take a percentage of every new client they send you. It only shows up once the clients do. Put your own numbers in - and the rate your app charges.
For scale: a 3-stylist salon pays £372 a year for all of Rivo - every feature, however many clients you see.
Everything, on every account
Including the things other apps sell as add-ons. There is no list of what you don't get, because there isn't one.
Where we don't win
The big marketplace apps process cards more cheaply than we do - they do the volume and it shows in the rate. Ours is 1.95% + 20p, the same online and on a reader, with no monthly fee and no minimum. If card fees are the biggest line in your budget, check theirs against ours before you move. We'd rather you did that sum now than found out later.
Why it's built this way
We run a salon. Rivo is the software we wanted and couldn't buy, so we built it, and then opened it to everyone else running one. That's the whole reason there's no upgrade button - we'd be holding back something we already needed ourselves.
Written by the salon that needed it.

Questions
What counts as a stylist?
Anyone who takes bookings - someone with a column on your calendar. Receptionists, managers and assistants who don't take bookings are free, however many you have.
What if someone leaves, or I take on someone for the summer?
Add or archive them and the bill follows automatically, pro-rata. There's no plan to upgrade and nothing to cancel.
Do chair renters count?
Yes - if they take bookings on your calendar they're a column, the same as an employed stylist.
Are features really all included?
Yes. Online booking, payments, reports, forms, vouchers, waitlist, the all-in-one inbox, your own website and salon email - every feature, on every account. The only thing that changes your bill is how many stylists you have.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No - not on a new client, not on a returning one, not ever. Some booking apps charge a commission on every new client their marketplace sends you, typically 20% of that first visit. Rivo doesn't have a marketplace and doesn't take a percentage. Your clients are yours.
Is there really a free trial?
14 days, no card required. You only pay if you keep using Rivo.
What do texts cost?
Every stylist includes 100 texts a month, pooled across the salon - most salons never go past it. If you do, top-up packs are there and you'll never be charged without asking.
What do card payments cost?
1.95% + 20p per transaction, the same online and on a card reader. It comes out of the payment, so there's nothing extra on your subscription - and there's no commission on the booking itself.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in a click from your billing page - no contracts, no exit fees.
